Take time out to enjoy a day of Guided Silent Retreat. Experience a day of Mindspace at the foot of the beautiful Malvern Hills,  a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. Your silent retreat location is quietly positioned in the Quaker Meeting House in Great Malvern a short walk from the train station, with ample car parking and secure places to leave a bike. For testimonials of previous retreats click here.

Please note we have two complimentary places donated to the next Silent Retreat for those currently experiencing financial hardship and who are currently unable to pay the fee but have a strong wish to attend. Please get in touch if you’re interested in one of these places.

Throughout the day until the end of the final session silence is maintained amongst all the participants, this is to help focus on the Meditations and gain a deep experience. The retreat guide will speak during the formal sessions in order to explain the Meditations and guide the practices; there will also be quiet periods during each session to allow you to enjoy the quiet of your mind. 

The retreat is for one-day; you could consider making a weekend of it and exploring the surrounding countryside and enjoying the delightful spa town of Malvern. 

Take a deep breath, let go, rest and recharge your mind on a silent retreat.On these silent retreat Meditations days you can experience complete silence to help you gain a deeper experience of Meditation.

The sessions includes guided meditations, walking meditation & teaching. Between each session, there will be refreshments and time to relax in the peaceful surroundings. Please bring a packed lunch. The whole day costs £32.50 (if you’re able to book two weeks before) or £36.50 thereafter. Set out in good time so you arrive at the retreat nice and relaxed. There is onsite parking and parking on surrounding roads.

Everyone is welcome on these retreats, and thus far we’ve had people travel from all across England to experience these days. Perfect for those with some experience who are looking to deepen their practice, and those who are interested in getting started (although it would be good to have tried Meditation either online (which you can do here) or at a class to get more out of the session.

Guided by Adam Dacey with rich experience of guiding day, week and month retreats in the UK, USA, Asia & Europe.

All those who attend will take home a deeper experience of Mindful Meditation along with recordings of the practices they have learned during the session so they can continue their training at home.

The retreat timetable will follow the below schedule, please kindly note the sessions are gently guided):
