Experience a day of Mindspace on Silent Meditation Retreat in West London. The retreat is based on the Mindful Meditation practices detailed in the book, Guide to the Mindful Way of Life, which you can find details of here.
Please note the only talking on this Meditation retreat will be the guiding of the Meditation sessions and explanations of how to engage in the practices. Attendees have the unique chance to be silent throughout the retreat until the final discussion at the end of the last session.
The Meditations session will be gently guided, but during each session there will be quiet times for you to go deeper.
Timing: 10am-2pm (see detailed timetable below)
• On this day you can enjoy complete silence to help you gain a deeper experience of Meditation.
• Including guided meditations, walking Meditation & teaching.
• Between each session, there will be refreshments and time to relax in the beautiful surroundings.
• Please bring a packed lunch if you wish to eat during this time, refreshments are provided.
• The whole day costs £35 (book two weeks before) or £40 thereafter.

This is a wonderful, new, award winning venue. AECB (Association for Environment Conscious Building) standard certified. A perfect calm, tranquil space in West London to enjoy a deeper experience of Meditation.
Please familiarise yourself with the location to avoid getting lost on the day. Set out in good time so you arrive at the retreat nice and relaxed.Take a deep breath, let go, rest and recharge your mind on a silent retreat.
This retreat is suitable for beginners with a little experience, whether through attending a beginners class or practicing with an app, and also will suit those with a deeper experience who wish to gain experience of Mindful Meditation and spend time in silence with a group of Meditation practitioners. Please note the attendees maintain silence to help you go deeper into your Meditations, there will however be some talking by the retreat guide during the formal sessions.
Guided by Adam Dacey with a rich experience of guiding day, week and month retreats in the UK, Thailand, Italy and Spain.
There will be chance right at the end of the retreat to discuss (paired) with a fellow retreater and ask any questions. The rest of the day will be in complete silence, other than the guided sessions by the teacher, this helps to deepen your experience of the practices. Although this is not a social event and there are no ice-breakers, you’ll find as the day progresses and your mind becomes peaceful, an effortless bond and connection developing with other participants.
All those who attend will take home a deeper experience of Mindful Meditation along with practices they can continue with at home.
