I attended and got so much from the day, as everyone else seemed to. I liked the structure, pace and felt a great sense of peace. The day added to my existing meditation practice and helped confirm what I was doing, reinforced ideas and helped to fill in some gaps. I left feeling valued and calm.
I am going to give some thought to a longer retreat in Thailand.
The retreat is useful for those new to meditation and also those more experienced.
Thanks again Adam!
I just wanted to thank you so much for the silent workshop I attended on Saturday 13th July that was truly amazing, you was great. It gave me the reset I needed.
I will be buying a ticket for my partner to attend the next session in November.
Many thanks
Suzy
