The tiger symbolizes the untamed mind – full of energy, potential, and power, yet often wild and unsteady.
This eight-week meditation course, Taming the Tiger, is designed to help you channel that energy into calm and focus.
Through mindfulness practices, reflection, and meditation techniques, you’ll learn how to master thoughts, emotions, and habits, unlocking a deeper sense of peace and clarity.
