Dear All,
This is Dr. Gaurav Misra from Quantified Habits (www.quantifiedhabits.com). A little bit about my team – we are human behavior researchers trying to help people form healthy habits. We were recently funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) to explore the use of behavior science principles and Artificial Intelligence for persuading people to adopt healthy behaviors (details here: https://www.nsf.gov/awardsearch/showAward?AWD_ID=1648331&HistoricalAwards=false).

Our first project helps people stay mindful throughout their busy day – with quick 1 minute mindfulness props sent over email. This service is completely free with no obligations or strings attached.

We’d like to invite everyone on this forum to sign up for this free service here: http://www.quantifiedhabits.com/signup ). For those who are engaged with the service, we offer a $10 Amazon e-gift card for filling out a survey that takes about 10 minutes to fill out.

Please do let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Best regards,
Dr. Gaurav Misra
