Transform our Meditations
Mantra is a Sanskrit word which means ‘mind protection’. Through the verbal and mental recitation of mantras we can swiftly increase the positivity energy within our mind. During this seven month online course we’ll learn seven meditation mantras to bring great power and increased concentration to our meditation practice.
Each month there will a two hour session delivered on the Zoom platform.
