Through being in mindfulness retreat you have the chance to focus on training your mind without distraction and create the causes within you for an authentic taste of inner peace both now and in the future.
Some people will be attending this retreat for the first time, others will have some experience. Either way you are warmly invited.

Suitable for all and gently guided by experience meditation teacher and founder of Mindspace, Adam Dacey. Adam has over twenty years experience of guided meditation retreats across the world, he will create a peaceful, relaxed environment for you to have the best time possible!
The Location for your Retreat:
Tettenhall College is an internationally renowned school with a rich 150 year history, set within its own extensive grounds, based in the delightful, picturesque village of Tettenhall.
Close to major transport networks, but far enough to feel you are away from the busyness and pollution (see map and directions at the foot of the page).
Below is one of the many relaxing spots you can enjoy rest and relaxation in the grounds on your retreat.
Sunday 16th August: PEACEFUL MIND
(8.00am optional early morning session followed by coffee and croissants!)
Over the course of this day we will train in meditations on cultivating a peaceful mind. Step-by-step we will be guided gently through a series of meditations, which have the power to transform our entire life.
Your place is reserved on the retreat when payment is made.

8am-9am: Silent Morning Session
Coffee and Croissants (please let us know if you will wish to have this breakfast).
10am-11am: Session 1
12pm-1pm: Session 2
Lunch Break (please bring something to share so we can have a group lunch – ideally veggie).
2.00pm-3.00pm: Session 3
3.30-4.30pm: Session 4
