The beautifully produced little book “Find your Zen” can teach you how to sit patiently in Zen Meditation , if you are up for it . I found that with the relaxed and humorous way of writing , it feels like the author is talking directly to you and so each chapter gets you in the “mood” to meditate . The pocket book provides some simple but very effective ideas and meditations to provide clarity and positivity. The book, in conjunction with the live zoom class which can be revisited through the website makes for a great 8 week course that has really benefited me. Mindspace courses are good value for money and each time I do one I strengthen my commitment to regular meditation which has benefited me greatly.
