If you would like to pay in instalments over eight-weeks please get in touch.
Your course includes audio and video resources to practice at home, and a place on the Meditation Retreat in Edgbaston on Saturday 4th June between 10-1pm. The retreat will be livestreamed and recorded if you can’t make the in-person session.
