You’re warmly invited to a unique summer event at Bora Coffee Shop in Shirley, Solihull. We will have the opportunity to practise Mindful Meditation, listen to a talk and discuss the theme of Gratitude. 

Also during the evening you will be able to sample five different home-made cakes whilst sipping on your favourite crafted hot beverage. Perhaps also make a new friend or two!  Everyone is welcome!

The event is run jointly by Mindspace and Bora Coffee Shop.  Adam Dacey the founder of Mindspace will be leading the event with twenty-five years experience of teaching Mindful Meditation.

Cost:  £15: (£2 is donated to charity to the Zuri Project in Uganda)
