The Mindspace 2023 calendar provides opportunities to increase and develop our Meditation practice.

The opening course of the year explores the theme of Bliss – Guided Meditations to Encourage Bliss in the Mind. Starting week commencing January 23rd for eight weeks in all local venues and online for those further afield.

The year ahead provides plenty of retreat experiences, from silent Meditation days to weekends in the Lake District or six days in Tuscany and Thailand. Try to book soon, as places are filling up with some retreats already sold out.
