I hope this email find you well. In this newsletter, I wanted to share with you more information about Mindspace+.

Mindspace+ is an extensive programme of online and in-person courses that helps deepen your Mindful Meditation experience. Once you’ve completed a Mindspace beginners course, you’re eligible to join.

There are two new Mindspace+ courses over the upcoming months.


For six weeks during the summer months, the new Mindspace+ will explore the fascinating theme of Karma. Livestreamed via Zoom each Saturday from July 23rd, 10am-11am GMT. A video recording is also available. By understanding Karma, we’ll begin to peacefully accept what’s happening in our life and gain confidence in creating the causes for future happiness. In-person at all local venues and Livestreamed. For eight weeks during the autumn months, the new Mindspace+ will explore the theme: Today it’s Sunny – How to Reduce Fear & Stay Happy.
