Mindspace+ is an extensive programme of online and in-person courses that helps deepen your Mindful Meditation experience. Once you’ve completed a Mindspace beginners course, you’re eligible to join.
There are two new Mindspace+ courses over the upcoming months.
In-person at all local venues and Livestreamed. For eight weeks during the autumn months, the new Mindspace+ will explore the theme: Today it’s Sunny – How to Reduce Fear & Stay Happy. This course also includes a new book! In-person and Live-stream classes start from week beginning, September 12th. Find out more information here.
