Today sees the launch of the new online retreat series entitled Mantra, spread over seven months. Each month you’ll learn a different meditation mantra to bring great power and increased concentration to your meditation practice. Find out more information here.

Looking further afield the postponed Mindspace retreat to Thailand (due to travel restrictions in 2020 & 2021) is now confirmed for this November with the dates being from 13th November-18th November. Based in the tropical island of Koh Chang. The title of the retreat is: Your Extraordinary Potential. Further details and booking will available very soon. If you’re interested please let me know.

The new Mindspace term is approaching and there a few updates and changes! Unless otherwise started all classes, both in-person and online not mentioned, will take place at the same time and location as last term.

The new Mindspace+ term will be exploring the theme, Guide to the Balanced Way of Life. An inspirational series of Mindful Meditation practices that will encourage harmony and balance in our mind. Find out more information here.

Harborne Class

The Harborne class is finally restarting. The in-person sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings starting from May 11th for eight weeks at Grove Hall, 99 Grove Lane, B17 0QT. This venue is directly opposite the Kenrick Centre where the classes used to take place.

Wolverhampton Class – Day and Venue Change

The Wolverhampton Class has a delightful new home – The Friends Meeting House, Summerfield Rd, Wolverhampton WV1 4PR. The class will now take place on a Monday evenings from 9th May.

Warwick Day Gratitude Retreat with Book

There have been requests to visit the Warwick/Leamington Spa area, and I’m delighted to announce the first day retreat in Warwick where we’ll spend the day meditating on the theme of Gratitude taking practices from the book, Guide to the Grateful Way of Life. The day retreat also includes a copy of the Gratitude book to take home with you. Find out more here.
