There’s a lot of positive news to share with you this month!
Let’s start with books. I’ve written a new book entitled: Relax, Let Go, Move On, & Learn to Fly A Meditation Journey
Published and released on Monday, September 13th.

Welcome to the first book from The Great Meditation Trail series. Travel on an outer journey for inspiration by reading stories from my first trip to Nepal and an inner journey by practising the guided Meditations at the end of each Chapter. Just as an eagle glides through the sky with effortless grace, so you can learn to calmly abide from moment to moment through the clear blue sky of your mind. By integrating the Meditations into your daily activities, the training will transform not just your life but the lives of those around you, your community, and finally, the lives of all living beings across the world. I invite you as the reader to journey to these places with me, gain insight into the culture and people, and be inspired, just like I was, to enter the world of Meditation and discover the path to Nirvana.
This book will coincide with the new Mindspace+ course, where we will explore the content during the classes.
The official book launch will be in Edgbaston on Saturday, October 16th, from 10-1 pm.

Live, In-Person Classes
After eighteen months of online courses, I am delighted to say the new term will occur both in-person at local class venues and online through Livestream.
This is how the week will look.
Monday: Online Livestream
Tuesday: Sutton Coldfield
The Mindspace+ class will be a 6.15 pm in all local venues but at 7.30 pm for the livestream.
The Mindful Beginners course will be at 7.30 pm in all local venues but 6.15pm for the livestream.
The Harborne class is currently still on hold due to venue restrictions. If this was your closet class, you potentially could attend another venue or online and come to the Edgbaston term retreat on the 16th of October if you wanted to get started again this year.
Many people have asked when the in-person retreats start again. In September, they begin with the Cannock Chase retreat hosting a day where we will Meditate on Fearlessness and Silent Retreats scheduled in Malvern every few months. The first one in October will be exploring the new book. In addition, there are weekend retreat opportunities in the new term with a Mindful Walking Retreat in the Lake District, and further afield, the six-day retreat in Tuscany in March has eight rooms left.
There is a new online retreat series starting next weekend entitled Bodhisattva; this will take place monthly over six months, where we explore the practice of the six perfections each month. The perfection of giving, morality, patience, joyful effort, concentration, and wisdom. You can join the entire series or attend a retreat that is of interest.

The Maranasati Retreats continue, usually occurring on the last Sunday of each month. This subject where we reflect on our impermanence is always relevant and inspire us to let go of the stress, worry, and anxiety in our lives.
