From one minute online sessions to one hour group evening sessions to a one-weekend retreat in the Lakes, the month of May at Mindspace offers something for everyone.

Blue Sky Mind
We are now two weeks into the Mindspace+ entitled Blue Sky Mind, exploring Meditations to Inspire and Transcend. Get a taste for this theme by reviewing the short clips from the series here.

Mini-Retreats – book here
There are three online mini-retreats over the next three weekends. We will be exploring Buddhas First Teaching, The Blue Sky Mind, and Maranasati (Meditations on Impermanence). These short sessions give you the chance to step back from the busyness and stress and find inner serenity and calm.
Weekend Retreats 
The month concludes with a weekend retreat in the Lake District; it’s currently sold out, but there is a waiting list, and more often than not, those on the waiting list get a place due to last-minute cancellation. Alternative wait until the following weekend retreat in October.
Evening Group Sessions
The timetable for the group Meditation sessions this month also include evening sessions on Thursday-Sunday from 7.30 pm GMT; this includes tonight – join these on the Mindspace YouTube Channel.Look out for news soon of more in-person retreats during the summer and the start of live, local classes from September (all being well).
