This month sees the launch of a new mini-retreat series where we will explore the first teaching of Buddha, entitled the Four Noble Truths, and the launch of both the new Mindspace+ series and the Mindful beginners’ course; discover links below.

New Eight Week Courses

New Mindspace+ starts on Wednesday, April 21st, and will explore the theme:
Blue Sky Mind: Meditations to Inspire and Transcend.

The Mindful Beginner Class starts on Tuesday, April 20th, for eight weeks and will introduce you to the eight essential mindful practices.

NOBLE – Discover Buddhas First Teaching – Sunday, April 11th

On this first retreat session, we reflect, why currently, we are where we are, in our existence. With a clear and honest understanding of our situation, mental stability, confidence, and fearlessness arise in our mind.


Maranasati Sunday – April 25th

On the last Sunday of April, it is time again for Maranasati Sunday, where we take our Meditation deeper by contemplating our life and the world’s impermanence.

Daily Sessions & Group Meditations

The daily sessions are posted each evening at 7.30pm on the Mindspace social media channels. We will be re-visiting the 21-Breaths series designed at the beginning of lockdown as an emergency care package for our mental health. To help you establish a daily practice, the group Meditation sessions where we can come together online during April will be streamed at:

7am:  Mondays
8am: Tuesday-Friday
1pm: on Saturday & Sunday
