This video documents and celebrates our meditation journey from mid-March 2020 through to the end of the year leading up to New Year Eve.

Clips have been taken from daily sessions, Mindspace+ classes, beginner courses, Zoom calls, retreats, podcasts, and a few nature sessions with walks in the hills and snow!

Some clips peaceful, some calm, some funny, some serious, some joyful – but all leading us inside to the quiet space of meditation – while simultaneously looking outside with compassion for our global community.

We have enjoyed two hundred and seventy seven daily online meditations from the 23rd March. Including: two hundred and twenty one Meditate with Adam sessions and fifty-six Group Meditations

Thank you to all who have attended the sessions through 2020 and making this online meditation happen and move forward; being a platform to support and strengthen the mental health, well being, and spiritual lives of the people of this world.

From those who have clicked on a video for a few seconds, all the way through to those who have attended every single session – and there are a few of you – I thank you and wish you a happy new year!

The journey has just begun!

We dedicate all our positive actions using the words of Shantideva:

May all beings everywhere
Plagued by sufferings of body and mind,
Obtain an ocean of happiness and joy
By virtue of my merits.

May all who are sick and ill
Quickly be freed from their ailments,
Whatever diseases there are in this world
May they never occur again.

May the frightened cease to be afraid
And those bound be freed;
May the powerless find power
And the people think of benefiting each other.

For as long as space remains,
For as long as sentient beings remain,
Until then may I too remain
To dispel the miseries of the world.

Shantideva
