Whatever our life may look like from the outside and however busy it may appear, through sitting in Meditation, contentment can arise in our mind.
We may find when we begin to sit, there appears to be a never-ending movement of mind. With familiarity and experience, we can start to see through and beyond this busyness. Like the process of a snake shedding its skin, we don’t need to add any more layers, we allow ourselves to be released from them.
When we sit in Meditation, we are mindful of the thoughts that pass through our mind, and when we are with others, we try to be mindful of the words that we share.
