An emergency care package for your mental health

 

Thirty minutes a day for twenty-one days discover how your breath can guide you over troubled waters. When the world around us is in crisis there is no more important task for us than to keep a calm, peaceful mind. We are instructed in emergency situations to stay calm, easier said than done, our first response can be one of panic, worry, and then if we have not method to train our mind prolonged stress, anxiety, and agitation. This daily meditations series will give you the inner resilience to bring a sense of calm and peace into your life, strengthening your mental health, focus, and positivity.

A Guided Meditation Series

 

This was livestreamed during April/May 2020 as a response to the mental health challenges faced globally by Covid-19. Try to practice one day for three weeks. You can gradually work your way through the series. The video consists of explanation and guided meditation.

Aware of the stress in my body

I let go of this stress.

I allow calm to arise.

I am at peace

Breathing in:
I allow a smile to grace my face
Breathing out:
I wish happiness for others

I am aware of the worry in my mind.
Breathing out:
I let go of this worry.
