Many thanks for the training Adam and I am already using it and we will discuss in team meetings once a month about healthy mind.
It was so good to actually have opportunity to do this as heard so much about it. Will use this with my work when sleeping in as I find it hard to relax and go to sleep. So breathing and hand exercise will be useful.
Thought the listening exercise was difficult, but made me aware of the importance of just having time to listen, especially with the work and support we do.
Really relaxing and refreshing.
