10.15am-11.15am: Session 1

11.45pm-1pm: Session 2 & Conclusion

Each session includes a presentation and a guided practice. The retreat is recorded and sent to you via email.

Location and Transport Detail:
Solihull Methodist Church, Blossomfield Rd, Solihull B91 1LD

Located a one-minute walk from the central train and bus stations, at the junction of Blossomfield Road and Station Approach.  Very close to main road links from across the West Midlands.

The centre has free parking including a number of dedicated disabled parking spaces, as detailed in the video below.  There is also the Tudor Grange Leisure Centre car park which has free parking for three hours very close by, you are required to take a ticket.

Access to both the Hall is wheelchair friendly and there is also wheelchair friendly toilets. In the Hall, it is possible to sit in a wheelchair near the front down the side aisles.
