Drop-in Meditation Classes Suitable for Beginners
Delivered in everyday language!
Come and try this friendly, gentle session. With seating on chairs you will be guided through meditations and opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion.
There is no chanting, burning of incense, talk of universal energy, hidden religious undertones or any talk of angels, crystals or chakras (sorry!)
The sessions have been designed to introduce meditation, mindfulness & positive thinking techniques without any fuss

Wightwick ward. It resides on a beautiful steep hill from which the Malvern Hills
can be seen. To the north lies the boundary of the West Midlands and also that of
