If we want to enjoy our meditation practice then it’s important to keep our mind light.
For this we need to practice mindfulness and alertness.
Our mind during the day goes up and down.
We can learn to keep our mind up, light and buoyant.
So we can feel light and happy about our self and our life.
We can rise above the difficulties that come.
We try not to take our self too seriously.
Not worrying about practicing meditation.
