This guided Mindfulness practice was recorded on a Silent Retreat in the Malvern Hills and this was the first training of the day.
The practice has some pauses to give you the opportunity to discover the bliss of training in Mindfulness.
Firstly we become aware of the sounds outside the room, then the sound of the room and finally the sounds within our body.
In particular the sound of breathing. The very gentle, subtle sound of the breath.
