The first part of this Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation course very much exceeded my expectations. Before signing up, I questioned whether I would be able to get the same experience doing the course via Skype rather than in person, but I found nothing at all was lost in translation. I also appreciated being able to learn at a convenient time and from the comfort of my home. Each session started with a guided meditation, was followed by a discussion of the meditation I would be practicing for the week, and ended with another short guided meditation. Adam’s explanations were clear and relatable and he took the time to answer each one of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Between sessions I was able to share my thoughts and questions about my meditations with Adam via a shared journal and he answered my questions regularly. I was also sent additional guided meditations and other resources to supplement my practice. I can’t say enough about Adam. He is wise, but humble. He is kind, patient, and has a joy about him that is contagious. Adam is very generous with his time and with sharing his knowledge. He is an outstanding teacher and also made me feel like a friend. I am beyond grateful for Adam and wholeheartedly endorse his course.
