Mindfulness and Meditation in Harborne

Covid-19 Update

We are considering the safest options for Mindspace attendees during these challenging times. Your physical and mental health are of utmost importance to us with the classes function to help improve and strengthen both. The training can be of particular benefit during this uncertain period.

Mindspace courses and retreats that have been scheduled for 2020 will still be taking place via live web-stream until further notice. Leading up to the event you will receive a link that will give you access to the session, it will be as though you are at the class – just that you are sitting in the comfort of your own home!  If you cannot attend the session you can watch the recording at your convenience. Further instructions on how to make this a success will be sent out shortly.

We’re encouraging everyone to take this opportunity, as these practices are of crucial importance at this time, both individually, for our family, and the community around us.

Alternatively, you can put your place on hold until the autumn, winter, spring or summer term of 2021!

Or, if you wish to cancel your place it can be refunded for you.

Take care and stay safe. Please let us know any further questions. Best wishes and I sincerely hope Mindspace meditations can help you during this time.
