Take a walk around your city with no specific destination or plan other than to listen mindfuly to the sounds around you.

Allowing the sounds to arise and dissolve like music.

Without being distracted by what you hear, observe your response.

Engage with the sounds completely whilst letting go of them and letting your mind listen to the next arising sound.

To assist your practice as you walk, notice the sensation of the soles of your feet against the ground under you.

Let future plans and past experiences dissolve into the sounds occuring.

Use the sounds of the city to draw you into the moment.

Enjoy the experience of wandering mindfully around your city.
