  • Learn practical Mindfulness and Meditation techniques on these day retreats in Central Bristol .
  • The day will include guided meditations, walking meditation, teaching, discussion, Q&A
    (See testimonials from previous retreats.)
  • Suitable for beginners and those who wish to deepen their experience.
  • Take a holiday for your mind & experience inner peace, calm and stress relief.
  • Between each session there will be refreshments and time to relax.
  • Please bring a packed lunch.  There is the facility to heat up food if you wish to bring soup etc. or you can visit the high street.
  • You don’t need to travel far to discover inner peace in a tranquil setting.
  • These are unique events held in Bristol that are available and accessible to all.
  • Can’t make the dates then discover other events here.
  • The whole day costs £35 or £30 if you pre-book. See PayPal button below (early bird booking available for £30 if booked at least 1 week before, there is a small admin fee of £1.25).

    • Bus:  Central Bristol bus station is 5 minutes walk
    • Train:  Bristol (Temple Meads), 15 minutes walk, or 8 or 9 bus from station.
    • Car:  Champion Square is at the west end of River Street behind the Cabot Circus Hotel and the Cabot Circus car-park at the city end of M32. Vehicle access is via Bond Street heading south. Turn left immediately after the Cabot Circus Hotel.
      The Meeting House has a small car park which has places for around 5 cars.  If you choose to come by car and wish to use this carpark then you will need to arrive early to secure a place (apologies in advance – but we cannot guarantee that they will not have already been taken)

If in the unlikely event of you not being able to find the location then please call me on 07908950871 & I will try to guide you in – although I cannot guarantee reception and will turn off my phone from 10.15 when the retreat starts.
