About the Speaker
Adam Dacey has been training & teaching Mindfulness and Meditation since 1994 beginning at a Tibetan monastery in the Himalayas of Nepal. In 2008 he founded Mind Space which has seen nearly two million people from 220 different countries practicing the online techniques and delivering extensive live meditation classes and retreats. He has visited schools, universities, hospitals, businesses and government organisations throughout the UK, Europe , India & the USA.
