Present Moment – How to bring ourself into the present moment

All those who attend, will be able to download all the practices to their phone and then practice through their life!  In the office, during your commute, at home, while you’re walking, at play, before sleep, you’ll be able to practice Mindfulness everywhere.

Treat yourself with the opportunity to hear how to practice Mindfulness on the Go.

Each session will be around 30 minutes in length.

All sessions will take place outside, to help us discover how we can integrate the practices into our daily life – so come prepared.

You are welcome to bring a mat or seat if you wish or you can simply stand as these practices can be practiced, ‘anywhere, anytime.’

If you have difficulty finding the spot – look for Adam who will be wearing a blue Mind Space baseball hat!
