I just wanted to tell you how much I love your meditations. I have suffered from anxiety all of my life and guided meditation has helped me so much.I listen to it at night and I sleep really well. Not all guided meditation works for me,but yours is one of the few that does. A soothing voice and no loud sounds or music in the background is what works for me,which is the reason I like yours. Anyway,thank you  🙂  Jenn
