Great peaceful time away from the busyness of our everyday life. With many practical advice for introducing more mindfulness in our life and improving our meditation practice.
Today was a valuable experience for me and gave me some very useful techniques to follow. Adam was very easy to speak to and approachable with all topics. I look forward to my practice and would definitely attend more retreats.
Always learn something new from Meditations retreat and Adams classes.
I really enjoyed it. At the beginning it was hard to concentrate but afterwards it was very easy and relaxed. Looking forward to try at home.
