In this busy world it’s rare to take the time to develop calm in our lives. There just seems so much to do and so little time!
This workshop has been specially designed for busy people to learn practical techniques to help improve sleep, thus transforming both the waking & dream world.
On this ‘Sleep Well’ workshop you will have the opportunity to experience peace & calm through learning guided mindfulness exercises, relaxation techniques, enjoying relaxing music & engage in tried and tested ancient Meditation practices.
There will be time to discuss with the teacher and other course participants.
As part of the course you will receive a one hour piece of relaxing music, aiding sleep, composed in the Mind Space Studios.
Tutor Profile
The ‘Sleep Well’ workshop will be led by Adam Dacey. He has spent 2 years in Meditation Retreat, studied & taught Meditation, Philosophy and Psychology for nearly 20 years in Europe, the US and the Far East.
