In this tip we are looking at letting go of seeking results from our practice.

The most important element of a Meditation practice is familiarity.

Practice Meditation joyfully and create a rhythm in your life.   Create a natural flow of peace in your life.

Whether results come or they don’t,  it doesn’t matter.

We are sowing seeds for effects in the future.

If we plant a seed it doesn’t ripen immediately. Gradually we see results.

If we push & go looking for results this can be an obstacle to our Meditation practice.

With correct Meditation instructions if we practice regularly gradually we gain experience.

Practicing Meditation it’s not like turning on a TV.   Be gentle with your practice.

It’s a discipline, you have to practice it.
