I hope your well and have time today (International Happiness Day) to reflect how inner peace can contribute to your happiness.

Here is an article that I have written and published on the Mind Space especially for this day, looking at skillful ways of thinking that can produce happiness.

I have just returned from a 4 month trip to India where I have been teaching and studying new Meditation techniques. I look forward to sharing my experience with you at the next live Meditation sessions the first to be held at Tettenhall Wood Institute.
