‘After a really stressful day with two major calamities.  I sat on the settee in front of the television I was twitching with both stress and anger.  I sneaked away to my study and spent 20 minutes meditating.  The difference in my mood and the levels of stress were so obvious my wife immediately noticed and commented.  I am a very skeptical person by nature.  Your meditation course is changing my life.’
