Here at Mind Space we offer one-to-one meditation sessions with Adam Lobon

Held during the day at a time to suit(and if your pushed for time early evening).

They are currently held at our main centre in Wolverhampton.

The first time you attend we will look at what you wish to gain out of meditation and then introduce a meditation practice that is suitable for you.

These very popular sessions last one hour and we recommended attending a minimum of four weeks.

As part of the One-to-one Meditations you will receive Guided Meditation CD’s/Downloads and instruction manuals to help you on your way.

Part of the one-to-one meditation can also include a home visit where you can be advised on where and how to set up a daily meditation practice in your home.

You will get most out of the course if you also engage in a small amount of suggested meditation at home in between sessions.
