This week saw the launch of Mind Space’s community classes which attracted a wide range of people from all walks of life. The objective of these classes is to bring the simple and powerful practices of meditation into the community so many people can access and benefit from them. The classes can be attended on a drop in basis or as a series depending on your preference.
