Thank you for such a brilliant workshop day on saturday, was really wonderful, feel very motivated to continue with both yoga and meditation either by perhaps booking some one-off sessions with yourselves or finding something closer to home.

A wonderfully relaxing and informative day, left feeling totally stress free!
The combination of the Yoga followed by the Meditation made for an amazing day, and 3 hours flew by.
I can’t imagine anybody not benefiting from taking part in what was a wonderful workshop.

I found the 14 day meditation challenge to be very helpful. It gave me motivation to actually start meditating. Something I have been saying for a while I need to do. The guided meditations each taught a different technique, which I found helpful so I could choose which one worked best for me. Thanks! Rachel
I enjoyed the 14 Day Meditation Challenge. Although, I meditate for longer periods several times a week, it was good to have a 15 minute time at any point in my day to take that time to ‘renew’. Knowing the e-mail was there each day meant that I could snatch that break at any time and just unplug right then and there. Thanks for the idea! Sandra
