- As our contribution to help improve the well being and peace within society we offer community meditation classes.
These classes are sometimes delivered for free or at a very low price; depending upon the venue and location.

What happens in a class?
- The classes offered by Mind Space are designed to help you discover a deep experience of peace within. The classes are perfect for beginners.
- They start with a 20 minute guided meditation where you will have the opportunity to be guided through a body relaxation meditation and then breathing meditation – this will leave you feeling refreshed, calm and centered.
- Then there is a talk following the subject matter of that week revealing the practical application of meditation
- Following this will be another opportunity to be guided through a meditation based upon the theme of the class.
- Members of the class can then engage in discussion and if necessary ask questions.
- The session concludes with refreshments and social.
- Seating is on chairs although if you wish to sit on a cushion on the floor you are welcome to bring your own with you.
- You do not need to bring any special clothing with you.
