PUBLIC TALK & GROUP MEDITATION
FRIDAY 18TH AUGUST, 7-9PM including refreshments.

An open community event, exploring how cultivating Mindful Love transforms the relationship we have with our self, our friends, our family, our community and the entire world.  Everyone is welcome to this uplifting and inspirational evening. Including refreshments.

£9 per ticket
(£6 Student/Senior/JSA concession).

If you really like the talk and wish to then book for the workshop later on in the evening on Friday that is possible, if there are spaces left!

THE MINDFUL LOVE WORKSHOP
SATURDAY 19TH AUGUST, 10-4.30PM

Following the introduction, we have an opportunity to deepen our experience of meditations on loving-kindness, listen to talks, discuss and relax in a blissful setting. Please bring buffet-style lunch to share with the group.

£30 –  includes a place on the Friday Introduction
