one minute mindfulness practices for your daily life

Mind Space’s new series of 10, ‘1 Minute Mindfulness Practices to Go’ are being launched at a variety of locations across San Francisco.  See locations and dates below.

These sessions will be recorded for the Online Meditation Channel – be part of these sessions  (don’t worry you won’t be on camera unless you want to be!)

Come and discover in a live, outdoor setting how you can integrate mindfulness into your daily life with Adam Dacey founder of Mind Space.

Come along to a location near to you, find a practice that is of interest, or if you feeling adventurous attend the whole series – there is no charge for enjoying these sessions!

In each session there will be an explanation of the practice, opportunity to practice, discussion and Q&A.

All those who attend, will be able to download all the practices to their phone and then practice through their life!  In the office, during your commute, at home, while you’re walking, at play, before sleep, you’ll be able to practice Mindfulness everywhere.

Treat yourself with the opportunity to hear how to practice Mindfulness on the Go.

Each session will be around 30 minutes in length.

All sessions will take place outside, to help us discover how we can integrate the practices into our daily life – so come prepared.

You are welcome to bring a mat or seat if you wish or you can simply stand as these practices can be practiced, ‘anywhere, anytime.’
