A Series of Mindful Breathing Practices

Modern technology provides us with incredible tools that appear to improve the quality of our life – what we are looking at here though is a different type of technology – a special inner technology.

An inner technology that has the power to bring peace and happiness into our life.

We’re going to start to focus on the sensation of the breath entering and leaving our body. Sometimes referred to as breathing meditation or mindfulness of the breath.

This is a classical practice that has great power to concentrate the mind to develop mind space.

When we have mindspace we have more clarity to understand what is taking place within our mind.

Remember the key with this meditation is to relax and not focus to hard.  Abide calmly on the breath, moment by moment.

The breath occurs naturally.

All we are doing is trying to focus on the sensation.

When we become distracted then try to bring your attention back to the breathing.
