I would recommend this day for anyone who is living a frantic life, feels like they are on a fast never-ending roller coaster ride and just wants to get off but not sure how to stop it. The venue for the day is perfect; within the grounds of  Cannock Chase, beautifully tranquil, the speaker Adam ; exudes peace and calm both of which sets the scene for the whole day.   You will come away relaxed with a variety of Mindfulness meditation techniques to introduce you gently to understanding  the beneficial effects of practicing mindful meditation and then it is up to you how you intend to use this awakened awareness and how you may wish to share this, this is not one to be kept as a secret.
