In this busy world it’s rare to take the time to develop calm in our lives. There just seems so much to do and so little time!

This workshop has been specially designed for busy people to learn practical techniques to bring a little calm into their lives.

On this ‘Calm’ workshop you will have the opportunity to experience peace & calm through learning guided mindfulness exercises, relaxation techniques, enjoying relaxing music & engage in tried and tested ancient Meditation practices.

There will be time to discuss with the teacher and other course participants.

As part of the course you will receive a one hour piece of relaxing music composed in the Mind Space Studios that you can take away with you.

Tutor Profile

The Calm workshop will be led by Adam Dacey.

He will pass on his experience from teaching and practicing Meditation & Mindfulness around the world. A 20 year journey which has included 10 years of full time study & taken him from London to Delhi, up to the Himalayas, across to Singapore, Syndey, San Franscico & New York.  He has introduced essential mindfulness & meditation practices online to over one million people.
