A few thoughts to have as we are engaged in walking Meditation

Just watching the sensations in the body and focusing on the sensations in the mind…

Bringing our attention and concentration to the gentle process of walking.

We don’t need to be distracted or think about anything else.

Just focus on the process

Notice the sensation as the feet touch the floor

Notice the movement in the mind

Notice the thoughts that are arising in the mind

Observe the breath

Let go

Enjoy

Move on
