It was a very positive and relaxing experience. I felt energised for the rest of the day and found it easier to manage the stress I am currently under. Especially anxious thoughts around deadlines in my work life. I found it very easy to concentrate on the exercise and work through the muscles in my body to relax them. The 15 minutes went very quickly. The only uncomfortable feeling was opening my eyes again and experiencing bright light, but this stabilised within a few seconds.
