How to Meditate – Introduction to the Fourteen Day Meditation Course

A good way to get started is to subscribe to the Fourteen Day Meditation Challenge, we send you a guided meditation every day, each morning for 14 Days. The guided meditations take you gradually through a series of gentle practices each 15 minutes in length.
