Seventy Children Create Mind Space
Mind Space goes to Queen Mary’s Grammar School for Boys today (November 26th) to deliver meditation to a group of seventy year 5 primary school children as part of a special enterprise day organized by the Walsall Council (Walsall EBP). Click here for more information.
The school children aged 9-10 years old already had a little experience of meditation – showing us how they have meditated before. Showing their knowledge – saying that it helped to concentrate the mind and create relaxation.
They all settled down into the meditation position on their chairs – eager to try out these special techniques delivered by Mind Space. The actual meditation session lasted around 15 minutes with the students very quiet and calm – gaining experience of the sessions.
