Last week was adult learners week in Wolverhampton with many people having the opportunity to learn new skills and gain confidence. Mind Space offered a free meditation session in Bilston Library providing local people with the opportunity to experience for the first time being the benefits of meditation. There was a guided meditation session and a brief talk about the way in which we can start meditating and how to meditate.
There was a cross section of the local community who came to enjoy the session. One lady came who was 23 weeks pregnant with twins – so she meditated on for three people -meditation can help a mother tremendously through pregnancy both physically and mentally.
A few questions asked at the end of the session were:

No just simply follow the natural flow of breath and it will automatically slow down and become deeper aiding your experience of relaxation.
